A Focus on Conveyancing Talent Development
RG Law’s In-house Academy is a shining example of our commitment to career growth. Offering structured training for staff at all levels, the Academy equips team members with legal knowledge and practical skills to succeed. This innovative programme for conveyancing talent has seen many rise from entry-level roles to leadership positions, like Laura Baldwin, now a conveyancing manager, and Holly Meek, the firm’s technical auditor.
RG Law’s collaboration with local schools and colleges, such as York College and Bromley College, also provides apprenticeship opportunities that open doors to the legal profession as well as the sales and marketing department for aspiring talent.
