We have finally made the change. LEAP is now in and our staff have completed their training. Tina Khanna and Donata Crossfield have implemented the changes within their departments and a new way of working commences. What a week! To round it off in true RG Law style we received another thank you from our customer. This is what it's all about, it doesn't matter how many things we are juggling our customers are made to feel that they are our only priority.
